Adult Training Classes (Ages 16+)


A functionally based class for ages 16+ that is designed to help you feel and look better. Our Adult Training Classes involve full body workouts with an emphasis on strengthening each joint. We take care to correct imbalances from side to side and front to back while challenging you to breakthrough your current fitness level and beyond. At Purler Performance we are dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals in a supportive, fun environment.

40 minute workout
