After years of standing in my career, I found myself with chronically weak and painful hips and knees. I was introduced to Purler Performance in January, and professional strength and fitness coaches Abby and Matt assessed my current state and built a custom program designed to improve my strength and flexibility. Matt is with me every session now, and presents me with continued upgrades and manageable steps to keep my muscles challenged. He’s the best! I can honestly say that I’m thrilled with my progress at Purler Performance! My hips, no longer hurt, and my knees are strong enough to handle, lunges, and squats, also with no PAIN!
