Women’s Strength and Power
Strong, fast, and powerful! This class is built for women who want to REALLY train. Our Women’s Strength & Power program combines sprinting, jumping, heavy lifting, and explosive medicine ball work to help you move better, build real strength, and develop athleticism. Whether you’re tired of feeling uncomfortable in your own skin, intimidated walking into a crowded gym, or just want a space where you actually feel confident, strong, and supported, every session is designed to challenge and empower you.
Small group personal training capped at 5 women per session. Pick between 2-3 sessions per week.
