Women’s Strength and Resistance Training
This class features a combination of High Intensity Interval Training, Short Interval Training, Plyometric Training and Strength Training. Movements are specifically designed for women 35 & older who want to gain lean muscle mass, keep healthy bone density and feel strong and confident! Classes offered four days a week.
